My Order
How do I cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel an order, please send us your order ID via the website's live chat feature or email sales@workplacewardrobe.co.uk, We have a very quick turnaround here so we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible as your order may have already been processed.
Can I edit/add to my order.
Once an order has been placed it may not be possible to edit or amend an order. Please send us your order ID via the website's live chat feature or email sales@workplacewardrobe.co.ukI
Where's my order confirmation?
If you are yet to receive a confirmation email, we would suggest waiting at least 10 minutes after the order time and check both your inbox and spam folder. If it still doesn't arrived, it could be that your email address was entered incorrectly.
We would recommend to get in contact with us via the website's live chat feature or email sales@workplacewardrobe.co.uk, Please include information such as your name, email address, postcode and date/time of your order.
Delivery
Do you charge for delivery?
Orders to the UK Mainland will be delivered using our chosen courier and will be charged at £5.99 plus VAT for orders up to £75.00 (ex VAT). Orders over £75.00 (ex VAT) will be delivered FREE of charge.
Orders to the Highlands and Islands & Northern Ireland will be delivered using our chosen courier and will be charged at £11.95 (Isle of White, Isles of Scilly) / £15.95 (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands) / £16.95 (Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Orkney Islands, Scottish Western Isles, Shetland Islands) plus VAT for orders up to £99.00 (ex VAT). Orders over £99.00 (ex VAT) will be delivered FREE of charge.
When will I get my order?
Please allow 3 working days for non-personalised orders. Garments that are embroidered please allow 7-10 working days.
My items haven't arrived yet.
If your items are yet to arrive this could be down to a number of reasons, please check your chosen delivery method and see below.
Standard Delivery For all standard deliveries we use Royal Mail, we know that sometimes they can be slightly delayed. This is especially the case at busy holiday periods and during national events. Unfortunately, we only have limited tracking for Royal Mail so will not be able to give you an accurate timescale other than what was on your initial order. If your items have not arrived within your allocated days, we would recommend waiting additional 3 working days before contacting us.
Tracked Delivery For all tracked deliveries we use parcel force. You will be provided tracking information for your order as soon as this becomes available. If you have not received this tracking information within 24hours of your dispatch notification please get in contact with us.
If delivery has been attempted but you need to speak to someone regarding why this was undeliverable, please contact the chosen courier via their website. This will be available via the tracking information provided.
If you still need help with your order please contact us via sales@workplacewardrobe.co.uk, Our team will then investigate your order and if needed a refund or replacement will be issued.
My items have arrived damaged.
If your order has arrived damaged, send us your order ID alongside images of the defective item to our team by email. The email you will need to send this to is sales@workplacewardrobe.co.uk Once we have the images we will look into this and issue you with a refund or replacement.
Do you delivery outside the UK?
Sorry, we do not currently offer international delivery via our online store.
Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a collection service
Returns
What is your returns policy?
You have the right to return an item/s to Workplace Wardrobe for a refund or exchange within 14 days as long as it hasn't been embroidered or printed (items must be unworn and in the original condition and packaging).
Please return your items to the following address: Workplace Wardrobe, Unit 3 Weldon Road Industrial Estate, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE11 5TE. Please enclose your order details including name, contact number, order number.
Please note, consumers in the UK now have up to 30 days to return faulty/damaged goods providing the fault was in existence on delivery. Please contact us in advance before returning damaged or incorrectly sized items, we may ask for images in order to process the exchange or refund. In some cases, we may also refund your order without the need to return the item.
Items to be returned in its original packaging and packed in a good manner so it can be re-stocked / returned to manufacturer.
For personalised item these are none returnable unless faulty/damaged on arrival.
Do you offer free returns?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. If you wish to return an item to us, you can do so via any courier or postal service of your choice. Any charges incurred are to be covered by the customer.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If the item you received is faulty or isn't what you ordered, please contact us via the website's live chat feature or email sales@workplacewardrobe.co.uk a with your order details and whether you require a refund or a replacement. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Have you received my return?
We aim to process all returns within 3 working days of receiving them to our warehouse. We will email you when your return has been completed.
If it's been more than 7 days since you sent your return and you haven't heard from us yet, please contact us via the website's live chat feature or email sales@workplacewardrobe.co.uk so we can follow this up.
How long does it take to process an exchange?
Once we have received your return your exchanged will be processed within 24-48 hours. The replacement item is then shipped using Royal Mail first class delivery and should arrive within 2-3 days.
Personalisation
Can you personalise clothing?
Yes, we are regularly adding our customers logo to garments to create their ideal uniform. We process each order manually to ensure maximum quality. You can find the personalisation section on our website
Although we aim to get your items to you as soon as possible, your items can take up to 14 days to be completed.
What types of peronaisation do you offer?
Our most popular method of branding is embroidery. Embroidery is a hardwearing good quality way to showcase your brand identity.
We also offer transfer printing, screen printing and DTG (Direct to Garment print) - contact us to find out which option would be best for you
Can I return embroidered or printed items?
Embroidered items are all made to order and cannot be returned unless the goods or embroidery are faulty.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your embroidered or printed item, please contact us.
What can I personalise?
We can personalise almost any garment. Items that can be personalised will be identifiable by an icon on the product description.
How many logos can I have?
We can add as many logos as we can fit on the garment!
How much does it cost to recreate artwork?
It costs £25 to recreate / digitize your artwork and £5 for any edits subject to VAT
What format do I need to provide my artwork in?
There’s a variety of formats that artwork can be supplied in, depending on the branding option you selected. In general, a vector image saved as a PDF or EPS file, will all fonts outlined and Pantones selected, will cover all bases. How long until my visual proof will be supplied?
We try to turn visual proofs around as soon as possible, but please bear in mind that they can take up to around 24-48hrs to be ready for your approval.
Payment
What payment types do you accept?
We have a few different ways you can pay, these are Credit/Debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Paypal. If you pay via Google Pay, Apple Pay or Credit/Debit Card. PayPal also offering the facility to log into your PayPal account.
Can I download my invoice?
Send us your order ID via the website's live chat feature or email sales@whorkplacewoardrobe.co.uk and we will get your invoice emailed over to you.
Can I set up a credit account?
We may be able to offer credit terms for small to medium sizes businesses. Contact us for details.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we have received your return a refund will be issued the same day. This can take 2-3 days to reach your account.
How do I reset my password
If you have forgot your password just head to Your Account page next to our search bar. Click the Forgot Your Password link and enter your email address. We will then email you direct with a link to reset your password. If this doesn’t work, please contact our Customer Support Team at sales@workplacewardrobe.co.uk,
I haven’t received a 'Forgotten password email'?
If you have tried to reset or recover your password but have not received a 'Forgot password' email, this could mean that you do not currently have an active account with us.
