Our Quality Policy

This policy is continually reviewed to ensure its validity and relevance to the company, its operations and the standards required for ISO 9001 registration.

Here at Workplace Wardrobe we are committed to the delivery of quality throughout all the activities it undertakes in the delivery of clothing and personal protective equipment.  We deliver on this commitment by:

• Establishing, implementing, and maintaining a Quality Policy that:
• Ensures that we undertake activities in accordance with Quality Management Procedures that are appropriate to the activities being undertaken.
• Requires The company will set quality objectives annually. They will be communicated to all staff and reviewed periodically.
• Implement policies and procedures that will satisfy all applicable quality requirements.
• Revew and update policies and procedures at least annually to continually improve the Quality Management System.
• Developing policies that, as a minimum, comply with all UK legal requirements and assist the continual improvement of the systems, staff, products, and service at Whittaker Office Supplies Ltd.
• Ensuring that staff always have access to Handbooks, Policies, Plans, Standards and Training Materials.
• Working with suppliers to encourage the delivery of quality, safe and environmentally friendly products and services that will enable us to fulfill our commitments.
• Ensuring that all products and services we deliver are in accordance with the Quality Standards set out in IMS Manual.                        
• Seek continual improvement in customer satisfaction by the development of procedures to improve their access to information, ordering experience, speed of delivery, quality of the product and the competitiveness of our pricing.

• Establishing an Integrated Management System to facilitate the operation of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001

• We will continually improve our OHAS by providing information, instruction, training and supervision for staff to carry out work safely, without risk to themselves, colleagues and the public.

• We will continually improve our commitment to the environment by reducing or preventing pollution, purchasing, and using plant, equipment and resources that are themselves environmentally friendly and recycling packaging, batteries, cartridges and toners.

• Provide training for all personnel in the operation of Quality Management procedures that are relevant to their role and responsibilities.

• Ensure that staff understand their role and the procedures that they are required to operate in the delivery of their responsibilities and that they will be provided with the necessary resources and empowerment to discharge their duties effectively.
